A little snow and rain didn’t slow down the Niagara Region Métis Youth Group! On Sunday, November 9, 2025, youth headed to Barefoot Bushcraft in Fonthill for an afternoon of archery, axe throwing, and knife throwing. They embraced the arrival of snow while learning new skills. Between activities, everyone warmed up by the fire, roasting hot dogs and sharing laughs. It was a great day of hands-on learning, connection, and outdoor fun—proof that Métis youth are always ready to show up, even when the weather has other plans.
