The Thames Bluewater Métis Council are very excited to announce a new food pantry available to all citizens in our region!
Thanks to our partnership with Harvest Hands, we can now offer additional food support to strengthen food security in our community.
Citizens are welcome to visit the office during regular office hours, Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and select items from the pantry shelves, refrigerator, or freezer. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and selection varies based on what Harvest Hands has available each week.
We recognize the importance of accommodating different dietary needs. Whenever possible, we will pick up gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options when they are available through Harvest Hands.
Please note that food pickup is available only through our office. We kindly ask that citizens do not visit Harvest Hands directly.
We are grateful for this opportunity to support our community and hope this program will be a helpful resource for citizens and their families.
